The company's analytical technologies segment includes pharmaceutical and the biotechnology market as it does engage in the functions of research, development, drug discovery, etc., so yeah, in this sense I do consider it to be in the biotech field. <br /><br /><br />Swine Flu? However, since its low on April 23, 2009 at $32.39, the stock price has generally gone up and now it's trading ata bout $35.<br /> <br />Also, I would say that equipment should be high in demand. The news has said that it would take 6 months before they can develop a vaccine for the swine flu for all Americans. And as for globally? It could take up to 5 years! However, if they were to start making all the swine flu vaccinesright now, it would hinder their process of making the normal seasonal flu for this winter.
